身為每天都需要攝取咖啡因的咖啡人，一聽到台中科博館正在舉辦咖啡展覽「想入啡啡：細說咖啡特展」，當然是二話不說手刀衝去！🏃🏻♀️
科博館的門票是NT$100，我因為還有其他展覽改天想參觀，於是索性辦了NT$300的恐龍卡🦕，一年內可以無限次免費入場。
「想入啡啡：細說咖啡特展」位於第四特展室，來到門口以後幸運的發現剛好可以聽到下午2點的解說！咖啡展每天早上11點和下午2點各有一場中文導覽，解說得很詳細，大約1小時，如果你的時間許可的話非常建議聽！
因為展覽館內禁止飲食，所以現場沒有咖啡可以喝，也沒有咖啡的香氣，只有科博館的冷氣味🤣 展覽主要以咖啡的歷史、栽種、生物學、處理工序以及台灣的咖啡演進等角度來帶領觀眾認識咖啡，屬於知識含量高的展覽，不愧是偉大的科博館啊！
除此之外，科博館也和林祚儀博士合作，展出博士驚人的歐洲咖啡機收藏，有上百年歷史的、非常古老的前代咖啡機，也有幾乎可以稱為藝術品的現代咖啡機，每一件都讓我讚嘆不已。
除了咖啡機，還有許多其他器械的展出，包括烘豆機、磨豆機、咖啡壺等等，全部都超級精彩。
展覽的最後一區介紹了台灣的咖啡產業的歷史沿革，我都不知道台灣原來已經有這麼多咖啡莊園，真的是大開眼界了。
解說的最後，導覽姊姊送出了五張成真咖啡的兌換券，我有回答問題所以拿到了一張。成真咖啡在全台各地有不少分店，之後再去一探究竟🤓
導覽結束以後，我又自己從頭慢慢看了一次展覽，將導覽的內容、解說板上的文字和自己的體悟細細咀嚼、消化，沉浸於無限美好的咖啡魔法。

As someone who consumes caffeine on a daily basis, I could never miss the new coffee-themed exhibition “Think of Coffee” held by National Museum of Natural Science (NMNS) in Taichung.
Entrance fee for NMNS was NT$100, since there were other exhibitions that I’d like to visit some other time, I applied for a Museum Dinosaur Card, which gives you unlimited entry to NMNS for a year.
“Think of Coffee” exhibition was located in the 4th Exhibition Gallery next to the Life Science Hall. Luckily I arrived just in time for a Chinese guided tour at 2pm!☺️ There were Chinese guided tours everyday at 11am and 2pm. For non-Mandarin speakers, English translation was available on most of the description boards.
The tour was very informative and helpful, lasted for around 1 hour, recommended 👍🏻
Since food and drinks were not allowed in the exhibition halls, there were no coffee to taste or smell (only the scent of NMNS’s AC lollllll). The exhibition introduced coffee from the aspect of history, cultivation, biology, processing procedure of coffee and the development of coffee industry in Taiwan.
In addition, NMNS also collaborated with a coffee equipment collector Dr. Lin Tzuoh-Yi and showcased the stunning collection of European barista coffee makers, from hundred-years-old coffee makers to the new ones that were as beautiful as art pieces.
Besides barista coffee makers, there are also equipments such as bean roasters, coffee grinders, coffee pots, etc. All were breathtaking.
The last section of the exhibition talked about the development of coffee industry in Taiwan. I had no idea there were so many coffee farms in Taiwan now, the exhibition truly opened my eyes.
By the end of the tour, the tour guide gave out five coffee coupon for Come True Coffee, which has branches and stores all over Taiwan. I got one coupon too, will definitely check it out. ☕️
After the tour, I went through the exhibition again by myself from the very beginning, slowly digested what the guide explained, the descriptions on the boards and my own thoughts, indulging in the wonderful magic of coffee.
